The Norfolk Guardian left once the diggers were on-board and is now heading directly for Auckland.
The builders who have done a sterling and hard out slog, left the island on the Evohe about 5pm yesterday – trying to beat the NW that’s on its way.
Today the island team are planning heli operations; moving gear to load sites in preparation for the eradication.
There is a small window tomorrow and Saturday for potential bait drop.
